1821/0524(文政04/0423)：相馬大作事件、發生

かなり奇妙な事件 ――

南部藩士の下斗米秀之進を首魁とする数名が、參勤交代を終へ江戸から歸國の途についた津輕藩主の津輕寧親を襲撃した暗殺未遂事件。相馬大助は秀之進が用ゐてゐた名。
計画が杜撰なうへ、仲間内からの密告者も出て、襲撃は失敗。秀之進は南部藩を逃亡したが、幕糞に捉へられ、獄門に書せられた。

この事件の背景には、弘前藩主の津輕氏と盛岡藩主の南部氏の積年の確執があった。
1714正徳四年には、兩藩んおあひだで檜山騷動とよばれる教會紛爭が起こった。巧妙に幕府と交渉を持った弘前藩に有利な裁定が下され、盛岡藩は不滿を持った。
その後も津軽藩の優勢（石高でも十萬石となった弘前藩に八萬石の盛岡藩は拔かれてしまった）に、主家の家臣筋ではないかと見下してゐた弘前藩の不滿は憤懣となっていった。
そして、この事件が引き起こされた。

相馬大作こと下斗米秀之進は事もあらうに弘前藩主の寧親に果たし状を送りつけ、辭官と隱居を勸め、聞きいれずば「侮辱の怨を報じ申すべく候」と警告した。当然、弘前藩主は無視した。秀之進は暗殺の計画を始めた。仲間数名を集め、大砲や鉄砲で襲撃することにした。が、それは密告され、弘前藩側は歸國の道を變へ、計画は失敗どころか襲撃すらできなかった。この失敗により、秀之進は相馬大作と變名し、江戸に隠れ住んだ。が、幕吏（實は弘前藩の者）に捉へられ、千住小塚原で獄門の刑に處せられた。

この事件は江戸中で赤穗浪士の再現と噂騷ぎとなり「みちのく忠臣蔵」と呼ばれ、各種の演藝の材料となっていった。
人々は、秀之進の暗殺はじつは成功してゐるのだが、弘前藩はそれを隠すために藩主寧親の隱居といふことにしたのだと噂しあった。

1930/0524：ドイツの連續殺人事件「ドレスデンの吸血鬼」捕縛

Die Düsseldorfer Polizei kann den später als „Vampir von Düsseldorf“ bekannten mutmaßlichen Serienmörder Peter Kürten festnehmen und damit eine monatelange Serie von Morden sexueller Natur in ihrem Gebiet aufklären.

Dem 24. Mai 1930, wurde Kürten bei dem geplanten Treffen am Rochusmarkt verhaftet.

Peter Kürten 188332：1929/01~12、ドイツデュッセルドルフで強姦暴行殺人を繰り返した。
1913、三十歳の彼は窃盗に入った店で、寢てゐた十四歳の少女を強姦のうへ絞殺した。これが立證されてゐる彼の最初の犯行。
この犯行直後、別件の窃盗事件で逮捕、有罪判決で八年間収監されてゐた。
1921、出所すると、心入れ變へたかのやうに地元の鋳物工場で働き、勤勉で有能、實直の評價を得て、近所でももの靜かな礼儀正しい紳士を印象づけた。
1929/0208、八歳の少女の強姦と殺害。/0213深夜には、泥醉して絡んできた機械工の男を刺殺。
同年/0821、別々の場所で三人を差した。/0823、五歳と十四歳の姉妹を殺害。/0824、女を後漢、彼女は「あんたと寢るくらゐなら死んだはうがマシよ」と云ふとキュルテンは「じゃ死ね」とナイフで繰り返し刺した。彼女は奇跡的に命を取り留めたが、加害者についての記憶合成核で犯人特定にまではいたらなかった。九月にも一件の強姦と殺人。十月には二人の女をハンマーで毆った。
デュッセルドルフはこの連續犯行に恐れ戰いた。警察では犠牲者とその加害方法から単独犯ではなく複数犯を想定した。
同年1107、五歳の少女を殺害。その遺体を埋めた場所の地圖を新聞社に送りつけた。
1930/05、キュルテンはデュッセルドルフ駅の構内で、不良に絡まれてゐた少女を救ひだし、自宅に誘ひ御茶を飲み、彼女の宿泊先のホテルへ送る途中の森のなかで強姦し、「俺の家をおぼえてゐるか」と訊いた。「憶えてゐない」と答へるとキュルテンはなぜかそのまゝ彼女を殘して立ち去った。
故郷に戻った彼女はこの體驗を綴って友人に郵送したが、宛名がまちがってゐて郵便局に留め置かれ、その後規約にもとづき開封され、郵便局から通報を受けた警察は少女を見付けだし、彼女にキュルテンの自宅に案内させた。
氣配を感じたキュルテンは妻に犯行のすべてを告白し、警察に連絡し高額の報奨金を受け取るやうに勸め、0324、妻の通報を受けた警察が逮捕した。｛ちょっと變な經過だな。

｛まるで偶然、BlueBeard と Peter Kürten とが重なった。キュルテンは青髯だった、これで新たなキュルテン解釋が可能になった。
