この頃、病床にあった氏親は、妻の意向を汲んで、嫡男への後繼を安定さすべく家法三十三ヶ条を認めた。
氏親亡き後、氏親を繼いだ今川義元151960は『假名目録追加二十一ヶ条』を作って補訂した。
今川氏は幕府の命令によらずして遠江國へ進出した時点で、守護大名から戰國大名へと脱皮しつゝあったが、この分國法の制定を以て名實ともに戰國大名に脱皮した。そして、義元の『追加二十一ヶ条』で、室町幕府により義務づけられてゐた守護不入を否認して、完全に守護大名の性格を拂拭した。

イギリスから獨立後、『連合規約』で運營されてゐたUSAを主體当地するための問題点を討議した會議。
當初は、連合規約の改定のみが議題であったが、この會の提唱者であったJマディソンとAハミルトンは、もっと根本的にUSAの定立を意識してゐた。この會議の結果がUSA憲法となった。アメリカの歴史の背骨となる史實である。
この會議に集まった五十五人の代議員はアメリカ建國の父兄たちであり、この時フランスの大使であって、出席できなかったTジェファソンは彼等を「半神」と讚へた。

臺灣民主國正式成立，原清朝臺灣巡撫唐景崧被推為總統，丘逢甲為副總統兼台灣義勇軍統領，劉永福為大將軍，年號“永清”。

1910/0525：幸徳秋水事件（大逆事件）、一斉檢擧、始まる
明治天皇の暗殺を計画したとして、全國の社會主義者や無政府主義者を一網打盡に逮捕･起訴し、處刑した事件。当時、USAでのマッキンリ大統領暗殺、ポルトガル王國でカルルシュ一世暗殺など、無政府主義者や社會主義者によるテロが多發し、日本政府も警戒を強めてゐた。ゆゑに、この事件には、予防的な意味合ひがあり、捏造された事件とも云はれてゐる。
明治天皇暗殺計画に關與したのは、幸徳秋水187111 他五名とされたが、幸徳は実行計画には關與せずその思想において計画に重要な役割を持つ元凶として扱はれた。
具體的な犯罪は、宮下太吉が長野県の政財所で爆裂彈を製造、1909/1130、爆破實驗をおこなった。續いて、1910/01、東京千駄ヶ谷の平民社で実行計画を練った。
1910/0526、全國的な規模で社會主義者や無政府主義者の檢擧が始まり、翌年の0118には、死刑二十四名、有期刑二名の判決を出し、0124には十一名が處刑、翌日に女子の菅野スガが處刑された。
幸徳はこの裁判にたいし「一人の證人調べさへおこなはないで判決を下す闇黒な公判を恥ぢよ」と詰ったといふ。

この捏造の闇黒裁判への非難批判は國内よりも海外でおこった。審理中の1910/1122、アメリカの無政府主義者、Eゴウルドマンらはニュウヨウクで抗議集會を開いた。ヨウロパでも抗議運動が起こり、日本大使館にデモが押しかけた。

この思想彈壓の捏造事件は当時の文化人に（思想萎縮や自己檢閲など）深刻な影響を及ぼした。
この事件の辯護人だった平出修が幸徳秋水らをモデルにこの事件を描いた小説 『計畫』1912（青空文庫）
