Vespasian, formerly a general under Nero, enters Rome to claim the title of Emperor.

In 1968 Nero died after the throne and committed suicide, after that it enters the civil war period. With Garba, Otto, Whiterlius and the emperor in an uprising, Vespasian received the support of Mukianus, holding hands of the Syrian state corps. . And in 1919, he gained support of the army of the Egyptian province in Caissalia, followed by the support of the Jewish province.

Callixtus I is elected as the 16th pope, although Hippolytus of Rome is soon thereafter elected as a rival pope.

教皇ゼフィリヌスの歿後、後任にカリストゥスが選出されるが、ロウマのヒッポリュトスに反対される。

In 217, when Callixtus followed Zephyrinus as Bishop of Rome, he started to admit into the church converts from sects or schisms who had not done penance. He fought with success the heretics, and established the practice of absolution of all sins, including adultery and murder.
Hippolytus found Callixtus's policy of extending forgiveness of sins to cover sexual transgressions shockingly lax and denounced him for allowing believers to regularize liaisons with their own slaves by recognizing them as valid marriages. As a consequence also of doctrinal differences, Hippolytus was elected as a rival bishop of Rome, the first antipope.

唐の太宗とともに中国歴代最高の名君とされる。

The Kangxi Emperor's reign of 61 years makes him the longest-reigning emperor in Chinese history (although his grandson, the Qianlong Emperor, had the longest period of de facto power) and one of the longest-reigning rulers in the world. However, since he ascended the throne at the age of seven, actual power was held for six years by four regents and his grandmother, the Grand Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang.
The Kangxi Emperor is considered one of China's greatest emperors. He suppressed the Revolt of the Three Feudatories, forced the Kingdom of Tungning in Taiwan and assorted Mongol rebels in the North and Northwest to submit to Qing rule, and blocked Tsarist Russia on the Amur River, retaining Outer Manchuria and Outer Northwest China.

Wicksell was enamored with the theory of Léon Walras (the Lausanne school), Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk (the Austrian school), and David Ricardo, and sought a synthesis of the three theoretical visions of the economy.
The cumulative process was the leading theory of business cycle until John Maynard Keynes's "General Theory of Employment, Interest, and Money" appeared. Wicksel's theory has had a strong influence on Keynes' ideas on economic growth and economic recession, as well as Josef Schumpeter's "creative destruction" theory on economic cycles.

1857/1220(安政04/1105)：Japan[幕末]、吉田松陰183059、
長州藩の萩に松下村塾を開講す

1842天保13、松陰の叔父にあたる玉木文之進が八畳一間の私塾を『松下村塾』と命名し私塾とした。当時、少年だった松陰も入門した。松下村塾には長州藩の藩校である明倫館に入れない士農工商の子弟が集まった。
1857安政04年より、時に明倫館の塾頭を務めていた松陰が松下村塾を引き継いだ。名簿は現存しないが、約五十名ほどの塾生であった。後に、幕末から維新にかけての日本のために奔走した俊秀たちであった。

だが、
1858安政05年、松陰が再び投獄され、また、時代の動乱に塾生の多くが勇躍していったため、松下村塾は閑散となり、中絶した。

 

 

1858/1220(安政05/1116)：月照181358、入水自害

「Gesshou」 幕末期の尊皇攘夷派の僧侶。名は宗久、忍介、忍鎧、久丸。

安政5年（1858年）8月から始まった安政の大獄で追われる身となり、西郷と共に京都を脱出して西郷の故郷である薩摩藩に逃れたが、藩では厄介者である月照の保護を拒否し、日向国送りを命じる。これは、薩摩国と日向国の国境で月照を斬り捨てるというものであった。このため、月照も死を覚悟し、西郷と共に錦江湾に入水した。月照はこれで亡くなったが、西郷は奇跡的に一命を取り留めている。享年46であった。「眉目清秀、威容端厳にして、風采おのづから人の敬信を惹く」と

Takeuchi Seihō est le nom d'artiste d'un peintre japonais du genre nihonga 日本畫, actif de l'ère Meiji 明治 à l'ère Shōwa 昭和. Un des fondateurs du ni-honga, son œuvre couvre un demi siècle et il est considéré comme un des maîtres du cercle de peintres de Kyoto d'avant-guerre.

1899/1220：Japan[明治32]「年賀郵便」始まる
東京郵便電信局で、初めて年賀郵便特別扱いを開始

1873年に郵便はがきが売りだされると、年始の挨拶状を安価で書き送れるといふので年賀状を送る習慣が急速に広まった。またたく間に年賀状が日本国民の年末年始の行事の一つとして定着し、その結果、年末年始にかけて郵便局は郵便取扱量が何十倍にもなってしまった。
そこで、1899年にその対策として、指定された郵便局での年賀郵便の特別取扱が始まった。年末の一定時期、具体的には12月20から30日の間に指定された郵便局に持ち込めば、「一月一日」の消印で元日以降に配達する仕組みになった。翌年には全国の郵便局で実施、私製ハガキの使用も認められ、1905年に完全に全国の郵便局で実施された。

He excavated Omori shell mounds and made the foundation of Japanese anthropology and archeology. In addition, he introduced Darwin's theory of evolution systematically for the first time in Japan.

1937/1220：Erich Ludendorff 186537、死去

ein deutscher General und Politiker. Im Ersten Weltkrieg hatte er als Erster Generalquartiermeister und Stellvertreter Paul von Hindenburgs, des Chefs der dritten Obersten Heeresleitung (OHL), bestimmenden Einfluss auf die deutsche Kriegführung und Politik.
Er verantwortete die gescheiterte Deutsche Frühjahrsoffensive 1918 und war einer der Väter der Dolchstoßlegende. Zur Zeit der Weimarer Republik betätigte er sich in der völkischen Bewegung, nahm 1920 am Kapp-Putsch und 1923 am Hitlerputsch teil, war Reichstagsabgeordneter der Deutschvölkischen Freiheitspartei und Mitbegründer des Tannenbergbunds.

第一次世界大戦初期のタンネンベルク戦では第八軍司令官 Paul von Hindenburg 184734を補佐してドイツ軍を勝利に導いた。
大戦中期から後期には参謀本部総長となったヒンデンブルクの下で参謀本部次長を務め、「ルーデンドルフ独裁」とも呼ばれる実権を握った。最終階級は歩兵大将。

ヒンデンブルクがヒトラを首相に任命した時には、彼は「あなたは偉大な祖国を最悪な扇動者に渡してしまった。この男は我がドイツに災厄をもたらすだろう」と書き送ってゐる。
彼の戰爭論「總力戰』論は、日本では永田鐵山188435や石原莞爾188949らに研究され、ドイツに留学や駐在を経験した武官を中心に、昭和期の日本陸軍の戰爭觀に大きな影響を及ぼした。

ルウデンドルフは彼の二人目の妻となった女医マチルデフォンケムニッツ博士の影響を受けて、ユダヤ人とカトリックとフリイメイソンリの三つ巴の「世界支配陰謀」を批判する、それ自体陰謀論的な言論活動を始めた。

1925年、ドイツ大統領選挙の第一次選挙に出馬したが惨敗。この惨敗で事実上彼の政治生命は断たれた。彼を取り卷いてゐたドイツ民族自由党やタンネンベルク団のメンバもほとんどがナチ党へ移っていった。
ヒトラとルウデンドルフの関係は悪化の一図を辿り、ヒトラは1927年に「ルウデンドルフこそがフリイメイソン」と揶揄した。

「常徳殲滅作戦」とは、日中戦争中の1943/11~12に行われた、湖南省北部での日本軍と中国軍の戦闘。常徳を拠点とする中国国民党軍の第6戦区軍に、日本の第11軍が相当の打撃を加えた。日本軍の秘匿名は「よ号作戦」。中国側での名称は「常徳会戦」。
