歴史暦：古今東西 ０６／１０ 今日の出來事
六月十日は「時の記念日」、その理由をまづは「數字の語呂合はせ」で考へてみたがうまくいかなかった。その理由が解ったのはずっと後になってからであった。なんだと思った。
六月十日を東京天文臺と生活改善同盟會が「時の記念日」としたのは、『日本書紀』に記載された、天智天皇の「漏刻（水を使った時計）」の記事によってであった。天智天皇の十年四月二十五日、それを西洋暦にすると六月十日であった。
記事は「漏尅於新臺。始打候時動鍾鼓。始用漏尅。此漏尅者天皇爲皇太子時始親所製造也」、漏刻を新しき台に置く。始めて候時を打つ。鐘鼓を動す。云々といふもの。
天智天皇は時間を發明したのだ。時間を國家の中心に設置した。時間によって國家は刻動し、管理されるやうになった。

其源自『日本書紀』記載天智天皇於十年年四月二十五日（ユリウス暦で六月十日）の記事に「漏尅於新臺。始打候時動鍾鼓。始用漏尅。此漏尅者天皇爲皇太子時始親所製造也。云云。」とあることにより。漏刻とは水時計のこと。Emperor Tenji of Japan introduces a water clock (clepsydra) called Rokoku 漏刻. The instrument, which measures time and indicates hours, is placed in the capital of Ōtsu 大津.

實弟となる鎌倉幕府執権の北条義時116324にたいする082後鳥羽尊成118039上皇の追討院宣を受けて、動揺する鎌倉武士團にたいし尼御臺にして尼將軍の北条政子が雄辯をふるふ。↓
御家人をまへに政子は今は亡き主君、彼女には夫であった源頼朝114799を持ち出し「故右大將の恩は山よりも深く海よりも深い。逆臣の讒言により不義の綸旨が朝廷より下された。後鳥羽上皇の君側の奸を討って、三代將軍（源實朝119219）の遺跡を全うせよ。但、院（上皇）に參じたい者はただちに申し出て參じるがよい」と云ひ放った。これにより動揺は水を打つやうに収まった。
こゝに日本史上初めてと云ってよい天皇への戰爭が始まることになった。
