今日九月九日は、昔の中國（今もさうなのかも知れない）では陽數字の９が重なった「重陽の節句」の祝日として、菊酒を携へて高き所に登り、詩酒歡樂して災厄を拂ふのを風習としてゐました。そのため、中國には重陽を詠った詩が數多く、唐詩の王維や杜甫、杜牧の名作があり、それより古く、阮籍021063の『詠懷詩』その第十に

「昔年十四五，志尚好書詩。被褐懷珠玉，顏閔相與期。開軒臨四野，登高望所思。丘墓蔽山岡，萬代同一時。千秋萬歳後，榮名安所之。乃悟羨門子，今自嗤。」
があり、私の好んだ詩でありました。

一月一日はもとより、三月三日や五月五日、七月七日と日本でも奇數の重なりを祝ふけれど、なぜか九月九日は特には祝はない日本に生まれた私が「重陽の節句」など變に詳しく識ってゐるのは、この日が私の誕生日だから、なのです。

軍人皇帝時代のロウマ皇帝。当時三つに分かれてゐたロウマ帝國を再統一した。ゆゑに
"Restitutor Orbis" （世界の修復者）と賞讃された。

032天皇 泊瀬部崇峻055392、卽位

即位前は泊瀬部皇子。『古事記』には長谷部若雀天皇
29欽明050971天皇の12皇子。母は蘇我稲目の女、小姉君。30敏達053885天皇、31用明051987天皇、33推古055428天皇の異母弟。

時の権力者、蘇我馬子??0626によって擁立された。これに反對し、穴穗部皇子を立てようとしたのが物部守屋??0587であった。が、穴穗部皇子は馬子によって暗殺された。その後、馬子は守屋と戦って、これも亡ぼした。これにより、欽明天皇以來の佛教の受容問題に決着がついた。
天皇になったが實權はすべて馬子が握ってゐる。崇峻天皇の不滿は憤懣へと高まっていった。そして、起こるべきことが起こる ……

0701/0909(大寶01/0831)：Japan[飛鳥]
藤原不比等065920ら『大寶律令』を完成。

大寶律令にいたる律令編纂の事業は、天武天皇の詔勅で始まった。それが一應、持統天皇三年に『飛鳥淨御原令』として制定されたが、律を伴ってゐなかったし、充分な日本化もなされてゐなかった。ために、編修事業は繼續され、十二年後、それが大寶律令になった。

 

0999/0909(長保01/0727)：Japan[平安朝]『長保元年令』發令

新制として出された太政官符。全十一条。新制そのものには前例があるが、中世の新制の基本的要素である「神社佛閣」「過差停止」「公事催勤」の三項目が揃った法令としては最初のもの。

前年からつづく疫病に朝廷はこの年の正月に元号を「長保」と改めたが、疫病は一向に治まらず、六月には内裏が炎上してしまった。
社界の不安を憂慮した一条天皇09811天皇と左大臣北家道長096628は、法規制の強化によって社界不安の沈静化をめざして、この太政官符を發效した。

カトワンの戰。西遼vsセルジュク＆西カラハンの戦闘。この戦争に大敗したセルジュクはこの後衰退が始まる。

 

1289/0909：日本佛教時宗開祖 一遍123989、入定

佛教の時宗の開祖。「一遍上人」「遊行上人」「捨聖」と尊稱される。

伊豫國久米郡の豪族、河野氏の出身。十歳、母が亡ずると父の勸めで出家し、十三歳で故郷を離れ、九州の大宰府に行った。
二十五歳、父の死に歸郷して還俗したが、三十二歳でふたたび出家。各地を轉々とする遊行を始め、六字名號の念佛札を配ることを修行の場とする。さうするうち、或日「信不信を選ばず、淨不淨を嫌はず、その札を配るべし」との夢告に確信を得た。この時から「一遍」と自稱するやうになった。「とことはに南無阿彌陀佛をとなふれば、なもあみだぶに生まれこそすれ」など唱へて各地を遊行するうちに増えた信者は「時衆」と呼ばれるやうになった。
一遍は唱へる名號とともに自然と踊りだしてゐた。一遍の心境は先人の空也090372上人のそれへと近づいていった。

その死は遊行の途中で訪れた。享年五十一。十五年半の全國行脚、遊行の生涯であった。その遊行の過酷な生活が死因であった。その最後の言葉は、
「阿彌陀佛の名號を稱へ、一切衆生に流動すべし」

父は室町幕府第八代将軍、足利義政143690の弟で、一時期兄の養子となり継嗣に擬せられた足利義視143991。母は裏松重政の娘（日野富子の妹だが名は傳はらない）。

中國[明]の第九代皇帝。諱は見深。廟号は憲宗。

土木の變により父の正統帝が捕虜となり、代はりに叔父が即位すると一時皇太子に立てられたが、間もなく廢された。
1457の奪門の變により正統帝が復歸すると、再び皇太子に立てられた。

武田信玄152173、小田井原の戦を開始。

甲斐守護の武田晴信信玄152173と關東管領の上杉憲政＆信濃國城主の笠原清繁との合戰。
信玄は信濃の佐久郡に進出し、志賀城を包圍した。これを見た關東管領の憲政は志賀城救援の軍を送るが、小田井原で迎撃され潰走した。志賀城は落城、信玄は佐久郡を手に入れた。

1615/0909(元和01/0717)：Japan[江戸時代]『禁中並公家諸法度』發布

この御法度＝法令は江戸幕府が天皇や公家にたいする關係の位置決めをおこなったもので、家康が政僧金地院崇傳156933に命じて起草させたもので、二条城で家康、二代將軍秀忠、前關白二条昭實の連署で公布された。全十七条。江戸時代を通じ一度も改訂されなかった。

1642寛永19、大洲藩を致仕し郷里の近江國に歸郷してゐた中江藤樹160848を訪ねて、その門下に入ったことが彼の生涯を決定した。

江戸時代、大阪の文藝家。最初俳句を作り、浮世草子や人形淨璢璃を作った。

1656明暦02、俳諧を志し、それ相應の文才を發揮、
1675延寶03、妻を亡くし一千句の追善興行をおこなひ、後に出版。
1682天和02、『好色一代男』を出版。以後、矢繼ぎ早に浮世草子を出版。物語の對象を町人から武家へと廣げていった。
