今日、八月十九日は、
1936年には スペインの不世出の詩人、Federico García Lorca 189836 が三人のレジスタンスとともに銃殺され、
翌年の1937年には、日本で二二六事件の元凶として、北一輝188337･西田税190137、村中孝次190337･磯部淺一190537の四名が銃殺された日だ。

それらの銃聲の殘響は、むしろ増幅されて歴史を震はせつづけていく
おそらく、何一つ解決できてゐないのだ　人間は暗闇でありつづける
事件は重なりおこって解きがたく蓄積していき

そして、今日は、

1930年代のドイツ人が、ヒトラを総統に壓倒的指示で選出した日であり、

同じ頃のソ連では、スタリンが肅清の大恐怖の時代を開始した日でもある。

それから、以下のとほり、ロウマ帝國の建國者、アウグストスが逝去 ――

1936年、内乱の雰囲気が高まるなか、ロルカはマドリドから故郷グラナダへ戻る。数日後、モロッコでフランコが反乱軍を指揮し本土へ侵攻、スペイン内戦が勃発する。ロルカは友人のファランヘ党員の家へ逃げ込むが、0816、友人の留守中に逮捕され、県庁舎に連行される。0819早朝、グラナダ近郊のビスナルからアルファカルへの途中で三人のレジスタンスとともに銃殺された。38歳。

1937/0819：Japan「二二六事件」裁判、判決。北一輝･西田税、村中孝次･磯部淺一の處刑、銃殺が陸軍刑務所内で銃殺によりおこなはれる。

二二六事件の背後には、陸軍内を二つに分裂させる勢力爭ひがあった可能性が強く疑はれるが、表面上は事件が簡単に片付いたためもあり「危險思想を吹きこまれた青年將校らが輕擧妄動、暴走して起こした突發」事件として處理がなされた。この事件により、一方の勢力であった皇道派は壊滅状態となり、結果的に統制派が陸軍を掌握するかたちになり、その手のなかでこの事件の裁判が急ぎ足でおこなはれ、裁判も處刑もなされたのであった。
最初から結論のきまってゐた裁判であった。
事件直後の0228、陸軍省軍務局軍務課の武藤章189248らは事件を速やかに處斷するために、緊急勅令による特設軍法會議の設置を決定、ただちに勅令案を起草し、閣議→樞密院審査委員會→同院本會議を經て、0304には東京陸軍軍法會議を設置した。
特設の軍法會議は常設に比べると、裁判官の忌避ができず、一審制で、非公開、かつ辯護人なしといふもはや裁判とは呼べない類のものであった。
事件の捜査にあたったのは、憲兵隊を指揮した匂坂春平陸軍法務官らであった。
この裁判とは呼べない場で公判がおこなはれ、實行犯の青年將校や直接行動には參加しなかった民間の關係者などのほとんどに有罪判決がくだった。
民間人を担当してゐた吉田悳裁判長が「北一輝と西田税とは事件に直接の責任はないので、不起訴ないし執行猶豫の輕い禁固刑」を主張したが、裁判を支配する寺内壽一187946陸軍大臣は「彼等兩名は證據の有無に拘らず事件の黒幕であり、極刑にすべき」と強く示唆した。判決は極刑、死刑であった。

この日、北西田とともに、この二人の審理のために處刑を伸ばされてゐた、村中孝次190337と磯部淺一190537も處刑された。東京陸軍刑務所で銃殺刑。彼等四名は銃殺の時に「天皇陛下萬歳」は唱へなかった。

Kita Ikki（real name: Kita Terujirō (北 輝次郎)) was a Japanese intellectual and political philosopher who was active in early-Shōwa period Japan. A harsh critic of the Emperor system 天皇制 and the Meiji Constitution 明治帝國憲法, he asserted that the Japanese were not the emperor's people, rather the Emperor was the "people's emperor". 

He advocated a complete reconstruction of Japan through a form of statist, right-wing socialism. 

Kita was in contact with many people on the extreme right of Japanese politics, and wrote pamphlets and books expounding his ideas. 

The government saw Kita's ideas as disruptive and dangerous; in 1937 he was implicated, although not directly involved, in a failed coup attempt and executed. He is still widely read in academic circles in Japan.
