これを見てくれ。この三人の名前は御存知だらうか。昔の、怪奇映画の黄金時代において三大怪優とうたはれた三人だ。この三人のうちの少なくとも一人が出てこなければ怪奇映画、ホラームービーではないと云はれたくらゐの定番俳優たちであった。（ウソだと思ふなら自分で調べてみるなり、怪奇映画好きの年寄にでも訊いてみるがいい）
それがなんと、この三人のうち二人が今日、五月二十七日に生まれ、もう一人は前日の二十六日に生まれてゐるといふ事實を識った私は目を疑ひ、顏を洗ひ、この發見を何度も確認した。そして「ユレイカ」とやゝ震える聲で呟き、さらには、この「偶然」の發見を「これは偶然か？」と呟き、ハッ！として周圍を見廻した。世界が暗くなって、冷たい風が背後を吹きぬけるのを感じたのであった。

これを偶然と思ふか。「思ふ」と云はれれば、「さうですか」とすごすご引き下がるしかないが、しかし、 ……

さう云へば、今日はもう一つの「偶然」と遭遇したのであった。
知る人ぞ知るフランスの異端的作家、Louis-Ferdinand Céline 189461 とハアドボイルド文藝を創始したアメリカの Samuel Dashiell Hammett 189461 とが同じ年の同じ日に生まれてゐることに氣付いたのであった。
死んだ年も同じ年だ。同じ日かどうかは、調べるのが怖くなった。
そして、この後「プライス･リイ･カッシング」の三位一体的な奇しき合致に遭遇したのだ。沈着冷静なる私が思はずハッとしてゾッとなってしまったことをいくらかは理解して、共感していただけることと思ふ。

1919、Martin Luther 148346 を識り信奉者となる。その推薦で説教者となり、アナバプテストの勞働者のなかに入り、持つ者を攻撃し天國の到來を説き、富の共有を基盤とした社界への改革を標榜して、追放された。アルシュテットに落ち着き、共産的生活の實踐活動を始めた。農林業に從事する勞働者の共感を得て活動するうち、封建諸侯と妥協してゐるルタへの批判が芽生えた。ルタのはうでもミュンツァを「アルシュテットの悪魔」と呼ぶやうになり、諸侯連中を煽り立てたが、諸侯は農民層と一體になったミュンツァに容易に手出しはできなかった。

1524、西南ドイツに農民一揆が波及、ミュンツァは革命の時の到來を告げ、ミュウルハウゼンに行き、底の民主主義者H Pfeiffer と祕密結社を作り、新政府を摸索したが、ルタの指示書により二人の説教は禁じられた。ミュンツァはルタとの公開討論を望んでニュルンベルクに赴き、その後、ドイツスヰス國境でドイツ農民戰爭の初發するのを目撃し、農民の叛亂はもはや猶豫されるべきではないと確信した。そして、ミュウルハウゼンに戻るが、ザクセン諸侯の連合軍にフランケンハウゼンの戰ひで敗れ、捕縛され、Pfeiffer とともに斬首により處刑された。

Tsar Peter the Great founds Peter & Paul Fortress

The fortress was established by Peter the Great on May 16 (by the Julian Calendar, hereafter indicated using "(J)"; May 27 by the Gregorian Calendar) 1703 on small Hare Island by the north bank of the Neva River, the last upstream island of the Neva delta. Built at the height of the Northern War in order to protect the projected capital from a feared Swedish counterattack, the fort never fulfilled its martial purpose. The citadel was completed with six bastions in earth and timber within a year, and it was rebuilt in stone from 1706 to 1740.　From around 1720, the fort served as a base for the city garrison and also as a prison for high-ranking or political prisoners. The Trubetskoy Bastion, rebuilt in the 1870s, became the main prison block. The first person to escape from the fortress prison was the anarchist Prince Peter Kropotkin in 1876. 1891/0527：日本[明治]「大津事件」判決
大津事件の犯人、津田三蔵に大審院は政府の大逆罪適用の要求を退けて無期懲役を判決

当時の日本はまだ海外と對決するだけの國力、なかんづく軍事力を備へてゐなかったといふ政府首脳の判斷が、この事件にたいする態度を弱腰にした。ロシアが賠償金や領土を要求してくるのではないかと危惧した。
また、事前に青木周蔵外務大臣がロシア公使に、皇太子に危害がくはへられた場合は『皇室罪』を適用すると約束してゐたことが強い影響を與へてもゐた。
日本政府は裁判官に、大逆罪を類推適用すべしと働きかけた。伊藤博文182109はこの大逆罪、死刑に反対あれば戒嚴令を發してでも斷行すべしと主張し、それに應じるやうに総理大臣の松方正義183524、内務大臣の西郷從道184302、法務大臣の山田顯義184492らが死刑適用のために奔走した。外務大臣の青木や井上馨183615らは消極的に反對した。
大逆罪は日本の皇族にたいする犯罪に適用されるものであり、たとへ王族であっても外國人の場合は、法律上は一般の民間人として扱はざるを得ない、とするのが法曹界の見解であったが、死刑といふ意見も少なくなかった。

裁判を担当した大審院院長の兒島惟謙183708は「法治國家として法は遵守されなければならぬ」として「刑法に外國皇族に關する規定はない」として政府側の壓迫をはねのけ、事件から十六日後となる五月二十七日、「一般人にたいする謀殺未遂罪」を適用して、加害者の津田三藏に無期徒刑を判決した。

ロシア側の反應は、公使が「これでは如何なる事態になるか解らない」旨の發言をしたが、結局、ロシアは賠償要求も武力報復をしなかった。

この判決により、日本は大日本帝國憲法の「三権分立」を實行したかたちになり、國際的な評價を得た。
