大和國の戰國大名、筒井順昭の子として誕生。生母は山田道安の娘。
父の病死により二歳で家督相續、叔父の順政が後見した。
当時の大和國は興福寺が支配してゐた。

1559、下剋上の雄、三好長慶152264の寵臣、松永久秀151077が大和國に侵入、筒井氏には脅威となった。以後、長く對立抗爭を續ける。

1571、明智光秀152882の斡旋で織田信長153482に臣從、久秀も佐久間信盛152882を通じ信長に臣從したので、兩者は和睦することになった。しかし、策謀家の久秀はすぐに足利義昭153797らと結託し信長に敵對するやうになり、

1577、久秀が信長に謀叛を起こした時には、久秀の信貴山城攻めの先鋒を任せられ、久秀親子を自害に追ひ込んだ。

やがて、松尾芭蕉164494とも交遊を始め「まことの外に俳諧なし」と自得し「東の芭蕉、西の鬼貫」と稱された。

ein ungarischer Orientalist, Turkologe, Reisender und vermutlicher Geheimagent in britischen Diensten.

Vámbéry was acquainted with Bram Stoker, during a stay in London, and Stoker claimed him as his consultant, and inspirator of main antagonist character Dracula and, of course, the book's title. The character of Professor Van Helsing in Stoker's novel, Dracula, is sometimes said to be based on Vámbéry, though Stoker was likely inspired by Sheridan Le Fanu's Dr. Hesselius. In the novel (chapters 18 and 23) Van Helsing refers to his "friend Arminius, of Buda-Pesth University".

1932/0915：「撫順襲撃事件」

満洲国撫順市の撫順炭鉱で匪賊紅槍会匪（大刀会匪）が放火し暴行した事件。
日満議定書が締結されると、締結日の早朝から翌日未明にかけて銃や槍、太刀などで武装した匪賊の大軍が撫順炭鉱の採炭所を襲撃し、施設に放火し、日本人五人を殺害した。被害者は目を繰り抜かれ、耳や鼻を削ぎ落とされてゐた。
これにたいし、撫順守備隊が反撃した。この反撃は平頂山事件と呼ばれ、この事件だけを切り離して、日本の惡行と喧傳された。

Am 15. September 1945 wurde Anton Webern in Mittersill bei Zell am See von einem US-amerikanischen Soldaten versehentlich erschossen. Während einer Razzia im Haus Weberns – sein Schwiegersohn wurde des Schwarzmarkthandels verdächtigt – trat Webern vor die Tür, um eine Zigarre zu rauchen, und stieß mit einem der Soldaten, die das Haus umstellt hatten, zusammen, woraufhin die tödlichen Schüsse fielen.
暗くなって、ベランダに出て一服しようとタバコに火を点けたところ、それを闇取引の合圖と見たオウストリア占領軍の米兵によって射殺された。
