京都平安京の應天門が炎上。放火とされ、大納言の伴善男081168は犯人を左大臣の源信081069として告發した。が、太政大臣の藤原北家良房080472により無罪とされた。その後、密告あって伴善男父子が逮捕され、有罪、流罪となった。これにより、古代からの名族であった大伴氏が滅亡した。

苦勞して大納言まで昇った伴善男081168は左大臣の源信081069がその出征街道に邪魔な存在であった。彼を失脚させて、順送りに右大臣の北家良相081367が左大臣となり、自分が右大臣になるといふ野望を思ひ描いた。
應天門が炎上すると、放火とされ朝廷は大騷動となった。加持祈祷まで用ゐての犯人探しのなかで、伴善男は源信が犯人と右大臣の藤原良相に告げた。
應天門は大伴氏が担当して作られたものだが、源信が大伴氏を呪詛すべく放火したと云ふのである。
藤原良相は兵を出して源信の邸を包圍した。これを見た參議の北家基經083691は父の太政大臣の藤原良房080472に報ずると、驚いた良房は56清和惟仁085081天皇に奏上して、源信を弁護した。結果、源信は無實とされ、良相の軍勢は引き上げた。
放火事件より五ヶ月ほど經った八月三日、或者が應天門放火の眞犯人は伴善男親子であると訴へでた。その者は事件の日、應天門から善男親子と雑色の者が走り去るのを見たが、その直後に門が燃えだしたと證言した。
清和天皇は勅命で、大納言の南淵年名以下參議らに伴親子の取調を命じた。きびしい訊問と拷問だったが、彼等は犯行を認めない。だが、「息子が自白した」と騙すと善男は觀念したのか自白した、と云はれてゐる。
九月二十二日、朝廷は死罪を宣告、だが罪一等を減じて流罪となった。伴善男は伊豆國、息子の伴中庸は隠岐國、紀豐城は阿波、以下各國へ流された。首謀者の親族八名も連座して流罪。

この事件によって得をした北家良房080472が仕掛けた陰謀事件と推測されてゐる。
0960/0428(天徳04/0330)：天徳内裏歌合
062村上成明092667天皇の御代、天徳四年三月晦日に擧行された歌合。歌合とは、歌人を左右二組に分け、その詠歌を一組づゝ比べて優劣を藩邸して遊ぶ和歌會。歌合の判者の評價評言は次第に文化蓄積していって歌論へと形成されていった。
記録上、最古の會は0885仁和01の在民部卿家歌合とされる。續いてこの天徳内裏歌合、1192建久03の六百番歌合、1201建仁01の千五百番歌合など、王朝時代から鎌倉時代にかけて質量ともに盛んに催された。以後は、連歌がこれに代はっていった。

この時の歌合では、一ヶ月前に歌題が提示され、進行方法や左右雙方の衣裝、詠歌を草した色紙を置く州濱にいたるまで周到に支度され、後世の模範となった。
彌生に始めに出された歌題は「霞、梅、柳、藤」などの季節の物で合計二十番が競はれた。
判者は左大臣の藤原實頼09070、補佐に大納言の源高明091483、以下、講師（歌の讀み上げ）、方人には女房たちが色物に左右に別れ、左方が赤（朱）、右方は青（緑）を主調にした衣裝で、典雅さをきはめた。
當日、午後早くから會場の清涼殿の支度が始まったが、左方の州濱の參上が遲れ、歌合が始まった時にはすでに日暮れ、歌合は夜を徹して煌々とおこなはれ、結果は十勝五敗五引分で左方の勝ち。その後、管絃の遊戲が明方まで續いた。

https://is.gd/2doaIE 宝永の大火 - Wikipedia午の下刻（13時頃）に油小路三条上ルの銭屋市兵衛宅より出火。南西の風に燃え廣がり、禁裏御所･仙洞御所･女院御所･東宮御所、悉くが炎上、九条家･鷹司家はじめ公家の邸宅から寺院、町屋など西は油小路通、北は今出川通、東は河原町通、南は錦小路通に圍まれた上京を中心に四百十七町、一萬軒以上、燒け落ちた。
これを見て、「見渡せば京も田舎となりにけり、葦の仮屋の春の夕暮」とあまり出來のよくない落首が貼りだされた。
その後、再建に際して區劃整理がなされ、市街擴張がなされた。

バウンティ号は戦艦ではない。タヒチ島から奴隷用の食料としてパンノキを西インド諸島に運搬するために英國海軍が貨物船を買ひ上げ、軍監と呼んだ徴用船であった。そもそも、戦艦が登場するのは十九世紀後半でこの時代には存在しない。
乘員は唯一の士官である艦長の William Bligh 以下、下士官･水兵、合計46名。ブライには初めての艦長であった。
1787/1223、イギリスのポウツマスを出港、最初は南米ホウン岬をめぐって太平洋に入る豫定だったが、天候不順のため喜望峰からインド洋を經て、/1026、タヒチ島に到着した。そこで翌年の四月まで、パンノキなどを積み込むために滯在、船員は港町でのマドロス生活を愉しんだ。
1789/0404、タヒチを出航、喜望峰経由で西インド諸島をめざし西へ向かったが、0428、トンガのフレンドリ諸島のあたりで反亂が起こった。反乱者は、ブライが取り立てたFクリチャン以下の12名。ブライ艦長以下19名は救命艇に乗せられ追放された。
救命艇は四十一日かけて難所トレス海峡を通過してチモル島にたどり着いた。
反乱者のバウンティ号はトゥブアイ諸島に三ヶ月滯在した後、立飛に向かった。タヒチで、１６名の船員を下ろし、クリスチャンと八人の反乱者はタヒチの男女を乗せ、フィジイ、クック諸島を經て、海圖には載ってゐないピトケアン島に辿り着き、そこでバウンティ号を解體し、それを使って島での生活を始めた。
1790/0315、イギリスに戻ったブライは反亂を報告。この年の十一月にバウンティ号搜索のため、フリゲイト艦パンドラ号が派遣された。
1791/03、タヒチに到着。元バウンティ号乘組員14人を逮捕。パンドラ号は搜索を續けるなか、グレイトバリアリーフあたりで暗礁に乗り上げ沈没。これにより乘員31人と囚人4人が死亡、生き殘った89人と囚人10人はイギリスに戻った。囚人十人は裁判の結果、四人が無罪、二人が有罪だが恩赦、一人が法的手續の問題で釋放、三人が絞首刑となった。官庁だったブライも軍法會議にかけられたが無罪。

反亂の原因については不明で、諸説が立てられてゐる。だから、物語となり、映画などに作られた（映畫化だけでも五度）。
