東京都の築地から豊洲への移轉における疑惑解明のために、0311から都議会百条委員會で證人喚問が始まってゐる。
森友籠池稲田安倍の報道騷動ですっかり裏に囘ってしまってゐたが、ハイライトは二十日の石原慎太朗元東京知事の百条委員會の證人喚問。このビッグイベントの次には、國會での證人喚問。すっかり、春ランマンのてんこ盛りである。緊迫する世界情勢などそっちのけ、なんとなく韓國人のコウフンを共有してゐるやうな今日此頃である。

0235/0319：ロウマ皇帝、またも暗殺

R皇帝 Marcus Aurelius Severus Alexander Augustus 020835 生母の Julia Mamaea 018035 とともに暗殺される。

After an inconclusive expedition to repel a Persian invasion in 232, mother and son were sent north to deal with a German attack. Alexander so alienated the Rhine legions by his lack of military prowess and his inflexibility towards pay that the troops proclaimed Maximinus Thrax as emperor in 235. Troops sent to kill Alexander found him clinging to his mother in a tent. Mother and son were butchered together, ending the Severan dynasty.
Alexander was assassinated March 19, 235 together with his mother, in a mutiny of the Legio XXII Primigenia at Moguntiacum (Mainz) while at a meeting with his generals. These assassinations secured the throne for Maximinus.　

0681/0319(天武天皇10/0225)：天武天皇、律令制定、詔勅

天武天皇063086、飛鳥淨御原令の制定作業を詔勅

この年、天武天皇の皇子、大津皇子066386は滿で十七歳から十八歳になってゐた。
彼は天武天皇の第三男であったが、生母の血統はもっとも高貴であった。たゞ、生母が早く死んでしまった。その後、彼と彼の同母の姉、大來皇女066101は母の父、彼等には祖父となる天智天皇062671のもとで育てられ、異常なほどの溺愛を受けた。
その天智天皇が急逝し、その嫡男の大友皇子064872と大海人皇子（天武天皇）とのあひだに壬申の亂が戰はれ、それに勝った大海人皇子が天武天皇となって卽位、都を近江の大津から大和の飛鳥に戻し、現在の日本につながる日本といふ國家を天皇といふ新語を用ゐた大王家を中核にして創業したのであった。
それから十年、やうやく、淨御原（これは天武の都名）令の制定作業に着手したのであった。これと同時に、國史の編修作業も命じた。
今までとは異なる、王族皇親を中樞にした政治體制が始まった。しかし、天武天皇にはもう五年の命しか殘されてゐなかった。そのためか、律令制定も國史編修も有耶無耶の状態となり（淨御原令は部分的に實施された可能性もあるが）、律令としての體系性を持ったものは、天武天皇の詔勅からちゃうど二十年後となる大寶元年、藤原不比等065920らによって完成されたのであった。
國史の制作のはうはさらに二十年遲れて0721に『日本書紀』として撰上された。

1279/0319(祥興02/0206)：崖山の戰。モンゴル＝元、南宋を滅ぼす

南宋残余势力在崖山海战中被蒙古军队大败，陆秀夫背负小皇帝赵昺投海自尽，南宋流亡政权灭亡，蒙元佔領中国。

廣州湾で元が南宋の海軍を撃破した戰。これにより、南宋皇帝の衛王は宰相陸秀夫とともに入水、南宋は滅亡した。

南宋が防衛拠点とする襄陽･樊城の戦闘に敗れると、クビライ率ゐる元軍は南宋の都、臨安（幸州）を落とし、南宋皇帝の恭帝は降伏して南宋は滅亡した。が、陸秀夫123679･文天祥123683･張世傑??1279（南宋の三忠臣）らは南宋の復興を悲願とし、前の皇帝の遺児を連れだし臨安を脱出、張世傑らと協力して亡命政権を立てた。が、
1278、擁立した端宗が病歿、陸はその幼弟を擁立、
が、元の猛攻はとどまる所を知らず、追ひ詰められた彼等は崖山の戰に慘敗して、陸は幼帝を抱いて海に身を投じた。張世傑は崖山から脱出し、越南に船で向かふ途中遭難し、溺死した。
一方、文天祥123683 は元に捕まり、元はその才能を惜しんで元の臣になることを説得したが拒否し、獄中で『正氣之歌』などを詠みつゝ獄死した。

1853/0319：太平军攻克南京

The Taiping reform movement occupies and makes Nanjing its capital until 1864.
太平天國の亂、洪秀全181464率ゐる太平天國軍が江寧（南京）を陥落、「天京」と改名、首都とし太平天國王朝を樹立

キリスト教の信仰で組織された『太平天國』が洪秀全181464 を天王として、反亂を起こしたのは1851年のことであった。

夢の啓示からキリスト教に目覺めた洪秀全は、1847『拜上帝會』を創設した。その數少ない賛同者の一人、馮雲山の布教活動で信者はたちまち三千人を越えた。信者のその多くは貧困者であった。ために、洪秀全の宗教活動は政事的色彩を帶びていった。
1850、拜上帝會は「團營」といふ軍事組織を作った。これを聞きつけ押し寄せてきた清軍を撃破し、太平天國への革命への突進が始まった。

1851/0111(道光30/1210)、拜上帝會は國號を『太平天國』とし、洪秀全は「天王」を自稱した。
これにたいするに、清國は阿片戰爭で消耗し、イギリスとのアロウ号戰爭も戰はなければならなかった。太平天國の軍は清軍を破り續けつゝ中國全土に流動していった。
食料や弾薬を求めて北上し、湖南湖北へと向かった。清朝軍と戦闘しながらさらに北上、そのなかで片腕であった馮雲山が戰死、また西王に任じた蕭朝貴が戰死した。が、
1853/01にはつひに湖北省の省都である武昌を陥落させた。
それから、今度は水陸兩軍を編成して長江を下り、
1853/0319、江寧（南京）を陥落させ、こゝを天京と名付け、王朝を樹立した。この時、太平天國の信者は二十万以上の兵力に増えてゐた。

NorthCarolina, Bentoville での戦闘。北軍はWシャマン少將、南軍はJジョンストン將軍による、南北戰爭の掉尾となる大決戦であった。南軍はこの戦闘に負け、一ヶ月足らず後の戦闘でも敗れて、北軍に降伏した。同時期の、Rリィ將軍の降伏に續き、ジョンストン軍の降伏は實質的に南北戰爭の勝敗を決定するものになった。

｛Pluto といふ英語を初めて知ったのは、Edgar Allan Poe 180949 の`Black Cat`であった。その猫の名が Pluto だった（Plutoは本來はギリシア神話の冥界の神の名）。私も飼った猫のうち、黒猫（宗に白い蝶ネクタイを付けた長い尻尾の完璧な雄の黒猫だった）に、この名をもらって「プルト」と付けた。勿論、その時には私には殺さなければならなくなるであらうやうな妻などは持ってゐなかった。
わがプルトは見た目の黒豹のやうな精悍さとは裏腹に臆病な奴で、しかも病弱だった。彼が死に貧した頃は、私はデッサンに凝ってゐたので、その死に逝く樣をたくさん素描した。そのためか、私は「黒猫」と聞いてもポウの短篇も、当時（いつだったかは正確には思ひだせないが）「黒猫のタンゴ」も思ひださずに、わが愛猫の死に樣と生き樣とが思ひだされることになった。Pluto といふ語に出逢った時もまた。
