中国宋朝皇帝宋高宗和宰相秦檜以莫须有罪名，毒殺岳飛於临安大理寺。(南宋の岳飛110342、宰相の秦檜に謀殺される。

榎本武揚183608ら舊幕府軍、函館で蝦夷の領有を宣言、いはゆる蝦夷共和國、發足。
｛私はこの榎本武揚183608に率ゐられる幕府軍（そこには新撰組の土方歳三183569もゐた）の函館五稜郭での顛末を、安部公房192493の『榎本武揚』で讀んだ。それは歴史と文學、とかく對立的に考へられてゐるこの二つを物の見事に重ねあはせてみせた、日本では殊に希有な成功作と思った。安部公房は文學的仕掛を縱横に用ゐながら史實を解釋して、あらたな眞相を描きだす。眞相と呼ぶに躊躇しない説得力を持って。御一讀あれ。

フランス、ブウランジェ將軍事件~
犬猿の仲でである獨佛の感情が、普佛戰爭に負けたフランスでドイツへの憎惡は沸騰してゐた。國力は低下し、ドイツ･ビスマルクはフランスをさらに孤立させる外交を展開、こゝにフランスのナショナリズムは沸騰して政府に迫った。だが、多党連立の政権はなすすべもなく、右も左もそれぞれ深く分裂してゐた。そんななか、シャルルドフレシネ内閣の陸軍大臣として登用されたのが Georges Boulanger 183791 であった。彼は野心を抱いてゐた。後は、 Boulangisme でもhttps://is.gd/iKVOo0

USA、小説『Tarzan』シリイズの初の映畫化、公開される。

1933
フランスで、`Affaire Stavisky` スタヴィスキ事件、發生。詐欺、疑獄事件で、左右兩翼が激突、内閣總辭職に至る。スタヴィスキは頭部に銃彈を受けて死んだが、警察は自殺と發表したが、新聞は疑ひ、口封じの暗殺の見方をとった。左右を問はぬ政事家の關與が指摘され、0127ショウタン内閣は総辞職へ追ひ込まれた。次のダラディエ内閣も0207には總辭職、0209五人もの首相經驗者を入閣させた擧國一致内閣をドゥメルグが組織したが、その日共産党はパリで示威運動、警官隊と流血の惨事、0212には450万の勞働者が全國的ストを決行、フランスの混亂は長引いた。

・この事件の當時、パリに遊學してゐた久生十蘭190257も、この事件を題材に『十字街』1952を書いた。

來日したロシアのバス歌手、フョウドル･シャリアピンが。帝國ホテルで「柔らかな肉が食べたい」といふ彼の注文で作られたステイキが後々「シャリアピン･ステイキ」として有名になる。

1938
平賀譲東大總長が經濟學部教授の河合榮治郎189144と土方成美189075の休職處分を文部大臣荒木貞夫187766に上申=平賀肅学。學部の自治と思想の自由への介入に抗議して、河合派･土方派それぞれに屬する教授連も辭表を提出、結局十三名にもなった。{教授たちもはげしく党派抗爭に明け暮れてゐたわけだ。
